Keep your skincare routine simple. Excessively using products can overstimulate and stress the skin, doing more harm than good. Focus on hydration for bouncy, dewy and plump skin. Nourish the skin with a daily dose of Hyaluronic Acid and EFAs, alongside a weekly hydrating mask.
Are there any specific do's and don'ts when it comes to skincare routines or treatments in the week leading up to the wedding? We want to avoid any last-minute skin surprises!
Do’s:

Stress less
Book in for an LED Facial

No excessive sun exposure
What are some effective ways for brides to combat stress-related breakouts and ensure clear skin for their special day?
Supplement with our fave EFAs, Ultimate Omegas, and The Beauty Chef Supergenes Stress & Anxiety. LED is an incredible modality for when the skin is suffering from stress; the powerful wavelengths reduce inflammation and recharge the skin. It can also lower cortisol levels and create a strong sense of relaxation.
If a bridesmaids were to book a treatment for their bride - what treatment would you suggest?
Hands down our LED Facial; luminous skin with no downtime. Boasting a multitude of benefits, it’ll leave the skin invigorated, smooth and simply glowing. These can be performed twice weekly in the month leading up to the big day.
What are your few strong recommendations for a committed bride to include into their inside-out beauty routine months out of their wedding day?
Glow and Antioxidant from The Beauty Chef to nourish, brighten and protect the skin from the inside out. Plus our go-to Ultimate Omegas to help reduce inflammation and assist in skin barrier health and functionality.
